By using the Designing Jewelers website or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following terms.
SMS/Text Messaging Program
Designing Jewelers offers an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with customers regarding their inquiries, appointments, custom design projects, orders, repairs, account updates, and occasional promotional offers.
Consent & Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form (or otherwise expressly opting in), you consent to receive text messages from Designing Jewelers at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of making any purchase or receiving any service from Designing Jewelers.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us but typically does not exceed 2–4 messages per month, unless you are actively communicating with our team regarding an order, repair, or service.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates will be charged by your mobile carrier according to your plan. Designing Jewelers does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is outside of our control.
Eligibility: By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are the account holder for the mobile phone number provided, or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent information with any third party. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Changes to These Terms
Designing Jewelers may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
